The Client

ELEMIS is the Global #1 British luxury skincare brand, known for its science-led skincare, innovative spa treatments, and results-driven product offering.

The Brief

To design a new ELEMIS retail build within the existing space at Hoar Cross Hall in 2 locations - creating a premium retail environment that aligned with the brand’s identity and the resort’s distinct aesthetic, all within a set budget.

OUR ROLE

We acted as project lead - managing the entire process from planning to implementation, while ensuring brand and resort alignment throughout.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

  • Project Management: Coordinated between Shopfitters, ELEMIS and Hoar Cross Hall to ensure a seamless execution

  • Retail Layout & VM Strategy: Developed a layout that maximised visibility, supported retail sales, and encouraged treatment bookings

  • Creative Sourcing: Selected and procured high-quality fixtures and materials that balanced functionality with brand expression

  • Brand Integration: Ensured every detail supported both the ELEMIS identity and the ambience of the resort
